Sr. Software Development Engineer
Job Description:
Member of application software development team writing storage management applications for consumers and small business.
Requirements:
  • 5 - 10 years experience.
  • Excellent C++ skills.
  • Experience developing user interfaces on Mac OS X or Windows.
  • Objective-C, Objective-C++, Cocoa, Carbon, Applescript.
  • Windows .NET Frameworks, C++/CLI, C#, Win32.
  • Networking applications using TCP/IP sockets a plus.
  • Storage management development experience a plus.
  • Web-based application development experience a plus.

Channel Sales Manager

Job Description:

The Channel Sales Representative (CSR) is a key component of Data Robotic's channel program. The CSR will be the point person for Data Robotic's day-to-day revenue generation activities with the Direct Marketer Resellers nationwide and VARS (in assigned territory).

Responsibilities:
  • Exceed revenue objectives while continuously creating and cultivating opportunities for revenue generation in a positive, professional, manner.
  • Manage DM resellers (maximizing face time with the DM sales representatives is a key component)
  • Recruit and manage VAR partners.
  • Provide accurate and valid feedback from the field and customer base.
  • Foster a positive, achievement oriented environment while supporting and maintaining the company's culture and reputation of integrity.
  • Shorten the sales cycle through direct interaction with end users through participation in end user seminars, webcasts, shows, etc.

Critical Skills:
  • Self-starter with the ability to establish and accomplish goals with limited direct supervision.
  • Excellent understanding of the sales process and channel sales.
  • Strong sense of business ethics and values.
  • Proficient at presenting the company's solutions to current and potential customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with a wide range personalities.

Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Business or related field/ work experience.
  • 5 years successful experience in Field Sales, Channel Management or Account Management, with consistent quota achievement.
  • Startup experience preferred.

Product Support Engineer

Job Description:

This motivated individual will be responsible for supporting Customer Service processes related to all Data Robotics product lines.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Will work closely with Service Providers to insure proper quality levels of product or services are met.
  • Responsible for handling the RMA process, with Service providers, and insuring customers issues are resolved properly within our Service Level Agreements.
  • Candidates will help develop and maintain superior customer service, sales, and vendor phone and email support processes. Will provide level 3 support for Customer Service operations.
  • Provide input and feedback to other departments for closed-loop process improvement.

Minimum Job Requirements:
  • Strong computer technical abilities and experience, specifically with embedded processors, or storage systems.
  • Must have the ability to provide superior customer service, sales, and vender phone and e-mail support.
  • 5+ years experience in Customer Service/RMA processing, Call Center Operations. Have experience is Technical Support of Storage Systems, RAID 0, 1, & 5.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously. Strong organizational skills required. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • BSEE or BSME degree and/or related work experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • Experienced with CRM applications, Call Center Operations/metrics.
  • Must have the ability to provide superior customer service, sales, and vender phone and e-mail support, must be web savvy.
  • Must have experience with Technical Support of Storage Systems.
  • Computer expertise in MS Office, Windows Operating Systems, Apple OS X Operating Systems.
  • Previous Management experience is a plus.

Web Master/Graphic Designer
Location: Mountain View, California

Job Description:
  • Define, design and implement corporate graphic imagery, logos, and other visual collateral for the company.
  • Develop corporate style and branding standards.
  • Create internal/external company collateral, presentations, advertising campaigns, etc.
  • Design and produce banner advertising, e-mail campaigns and collateral layouts.
  • Design and produce exhibit materials, signage, CD, video and all collaterals.
  • Web site and partner site:  Expertise in building and maintaining web pages using HTML, CSS, and object-oriented JavaScript.
  • Web graphics for html email campaigns, online newsletters and related electronic marketing projects.
  • Manage and produce video projects when time permits.

Job Requirements:
  • Proficient in print design software such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, all Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat.
  • Proficient in Dreamweaver, and HTML knowledge & skills.
  • Flash knowledge is not required, but would be a plus.
  • Should have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple important tasks.
  • Ability to work closely with team to manage projects and meet deadlines as well as the confidence and know-how to manage projects independently.
  • Detailed oriented and good communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility regarding timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Skilled in Web Ready Graphic development, PDFs and Multimedia Files.
  • Ability to execute project designs based on interpretation of concepts, project owner’s marketing objectives, and knowledge of the business involved.
