*Extends your coverage for up to 12 months ceasing 36 months from original Drobo purchase date. DroboCare must be purchased for each Drobo individually. DroboCare is also applicable to DroboShare to the extent the associated Drobo is in support compliance and ceases commensurately with Drobo coverage.

***Data Robotics requires continuous coverage for DroboCare. Appliances with an expired DroboCare agreement are considered to be out of support compliance. Out of Warranty DroboCare provides the opportunity to bring these appliances back into compliance and up to date (up to 3 years total from Drobo purchase date).

Critical bug fixes are offered to all Drobo owners regardless of warranty status.

Note: Data Robotics products include one year of hardware warranty or the hardware duration as provided under local law. DroboCare does not cover storage (hard drives) or data.
